How to get a quotation/treatment plan before arriving to the hospital?

To receive a quotation or treatment plan prior to your arrival, please send us the patient’s complete medical history. This should include details of any past treatments, the most recent medical reports, and the current clinical condition. These reports are checked by our Specialist Consultants to develop a preliminary treatment plan and estimate the associated costs. You will receive a response within 24 hours, including the opinion of the relevant specialist doctor and an approximate cost for the proposed treatment.

Will you arrange for an airport pickup?

Yes, we provide airport pickup services for our international patients. Prior to your arrival, our International Patient Services team will share the name and contact details of the staff member assigned to receive you at the airport. In case you are unable to locate the staff member upon arrival, simply contact our hospital helpline for immediate assistance.

Can you help me get a visa?

Yes. Once you confirm your visit to our facility for medical treatment, we will issue a visa requisition letter addressed to the Indian Embassy in your country. A copy of this letter will also be sent to you for your reference.

To process the visa requisition letter, please email us the following details:

  • Patient’s full name and passport number
  • Medical escort’s full name and passport number (if applicable)
  • Country of residence
  • Tentative date of arrival at Rainbow Children’s Hospital for treatment

Once we receive these details, we will promptly initiate the process to help you obtain your medical visa.

Will I get assistance for the hospital process?

Yes, you will be assigned a personalised Relationship Manager who will assist you throughout your hospital journey, they will help ensure your experience is smooth and hassle-free.

Will language be a barrier to communicate and understand medical terms during treatment?

Not at all. We offer interpreter services for non-English-speaking patients to ensure clear communication and complete understanding of medical information throughout your treatment.

What are accommodation options before admission and after discharge?
