The COVID-19 outbreak has caused massive changes to the daily lives of people. These changes have come along abruptly and rapidly. The uncertainty of the situation has made it difficult for many to adjust to the changes. Even as people start returning to work and school, the return of normalcy comes with the necessity of taking necessary precautions and safety measures.
The protective measures you followed during the initial outbreak of the virus continue to be applicable as there is still a risk of getting infected. You should continue to follow physical and social distancing norms, particularly in crowded places. It is important to remember that wearing a face mask will not only protect you but others as well if you are unknowingly carrying the virus.
You should continue to practice safe food handling and grocery shopping measures, including washing your hands frequently or using a hand sanitiser.
